To avoid cancellations, we ask to text ahead to check if desired delivery time/date, delivery address, or meal type is possible before making a payment.
Please text ASAP if a wrong delivery address was provided with the order. If the driver is en route, shipping payment must be provided right away to deliver in PAID ZONE. The shipping payment and/or distance to a farther address will DELAY your meal ETA.

Because everything is cooked from scratch, many meal recipes require hours of prep (like proofing the dough, for example, or chilling time for a cake). Unless a delivery time/date change requested is not already booked or does not require many hours in advance of preparation (like burgers and fries, for example), we may not be able to change your delivery time or meal/desert choice. However, add-ons or sides may be possible to be swapped in time before ingredients are cooked or loaded on delivery trucks. Please contact for any changes as soon as possible.

Send a Change Request by email message with your name, delivery address, cell phone number, email, and ordered meals from the menu. You will receive a confirmation back by email and text.
